Our commitment to maintaining the quality of our mutton, lamb, goat, and goat kid products is backed by periodic and rigorous external microbiological inspections. A cold chain must be maintained at all times and strict hygienic-sanitary standards must be maintained during cutting, processing and subsequent transport. All slaughterhouses and transports are authorized and supervised by the European Community. By doing so, we ensure that our clients receive a product marketed at the highest standard and with the highest level of food safety.
